What is an akashic reading?
An akashic reading is receiving channelled information specifically about you. The information comes from a sacred document that has all your thoughts and actions from this lifetime and others.
Why is it so beneficial?
You can ask questions about any aspect of your life and receive direct answers. The information is solely about you. There are no generalisations.
All you receive is encouragement to live your best life in line with your life purpose.
You will never receive information you are not ready to hear. Guidance will be given for you to make changes in your life or take action where you have been hesitating. All this is for your greater good.
Information is direct and pure. It is received on your behalf by a Reader so there is no personal influence to any of the answers received.
The Reader has not lived or been any part of your life (so far). They don’t know anything about you. They are not attached to you. They are very connected as they connect to your akashic records but they are not attached to you. That is a big difference.
Personally I prefer not to know anything about any of my clients before we go into the reading ,so there is absolutely no influence.
The reading is recorded and is yours forever. You can listen back many times and receive information that you may not have heard initially.

How to prepare for an akashic reading
Prepare questions you would like answers to - be very clear!
Write the questions down ( you are sending a message out to your spiritual team which allows your team to begin to connect to your akashic records for answers and solutions for you)
For the day of the reading; it is very important to be as open and clear as possible to allow the reader to give you the best reading possible. No alcohol 24 hours before the reading and no recreational drugs one week before the reading. If this happens; it is best to advise your reader as soon as possible and re schedule.
Before your reading starts; ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. Be alone and ready at least 15 minutes before the time of reading. You are sending the message to your mind, body and soul you are beginning to relax and be in the best place to receive the information.
I will take us through some gentle breathing exercises before we begin so you are completely relaxed.
